RSL’s wingbacks could also play an important role, particularly when the Utah side has possession. Their movement can stretch León’s defensive shape, although committing numbers forward could leave space for La Fiera to exploit in transition.
León has shown during its winning streak that it does not need to dominate every phase of a match to create danger. Its ability to defend compactly and then accelerate in the final third could be especially important against an RSL side looking to create chances through pressure and quick combinations.
