“Each year, we look for new ways to reflect the evolving spirit of Leagues Cup,” said Tom Mayo, Executive Director of Leagues Cup. “Thanks to Emilio Estefan’s production, the anthem once again stays true to its roots in excellence and tradition. And by bringing in Mario Bautista, we’re able to connect with the next generation of fans through music that is bold, fresh and culturally meaningful. “Nuestros Colores” isn’t just a song, it’s a reflection of the energy that defines this tournament.”

The 2025 remix introduces Mario Bautista, bringing a fresh, youthful energy to the anthem. A magnetic, genre-defying Mexican artist, Bautista is known for transforming raw emotion into sound. With over 1.5 billion global streams, he has built a career on authenticity and versatility. His dynamic catalog includes collaborations with Piso 21, Austin Mahone, Adriel Favela, Ana Mena, among many others and his powerful digital presence spans millions across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. In 2023 he was crowned “Musical Promise” at the HEAT Latin Music Awards and served as a member of the selection committee at the 72nd Annual Miss Universe pageant.

Leagues Cup refreshes the anthem each year to engage new generations of fans, spotlight rising talent, and continue building a musical tradition that evolves with the tournament. Originally produced by Grammy Award winner Emilio Estefan Jr., “Nuestros Colores” debuted ahead of the 2024 summer event as a celebration of diverse cultures and musical talents across North America. This year, the anthem features new voices Mario Bautista and emerging singer-songwriter Richaelio, joining returning collaborators: global superstar Taboo, Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter Emily Estefan, and Emilio Regueira, lead singer of Los Rabanes.

"For me, sports are a celebration, a chance to bring out the best in ourselves and in each other,” said Emilio Estefan Jr. “Life, much like sport, is a continuous competition to become better: a better athlete, a better human being. The Leagues Cup embodies this spirit, uniting communities through the joy of the game and the pursuit of excellence."

“As a Latino and Mexican, it’s an honor to be part of this celebration of sports, adding my voice alongside Taboo from the Black Eyed Peas and working with Emilio Estefan to bring the Leagues Cup anthem to life,” said Mario Bautista. “United by passion, rhythm, and the strength of our roots!”

The updated anthem is accompanied by a vibrant music video that captures the excitement and cultural richness of Leagues Cup. The video is available on Leagues Cup YouTube channel and on LeaguesCup.com and the song will soon be available for streaming via Spotify, Apple Music and other platforms. Fans will experience the anthem throughout the tournament, across interactive experiences, in-stadium and via broadcast on MLS Season Pass on Apple TV.

“Nuestros Colores” remains a unifying force, bringing together fans from diverse backgrounds to celebrate the passion of soccer and the rich tapestry of Latin music.
