The Leagues Cup Organizing Committee today announced the Leagues Cup 2026 Disciplinary Committee decisions following Phase One's first round of matches, played between August 4-6, 2026.
- Following the 69th minute of the Austin FC vs. Club Tijuana match, Club Tijuana player Iván Oswaldo Tona Olmeda was issued a red card for engaging in violent conduct. In accordance with Article 4.2.C of the Leagues Cup 2026 Competition Regulations, the Disciplinary Committee has issued a two-match suspension to Tona.
- Following the 78th minute of the Chicago Fire FC vs. Necaxa match, Necaxa Head Coach Martín Varini Dizioli was issued a red card for using offensive, insulting, or abusive language or actions. In accordance with Article 4.2.C of the Leagues Cup 2026 Competition Regulations, the Disciplinary Committee has issued a one-match suspension to Varini.
