Cruz Azul 2-3 Monterrey

It was an entertaining match at the Azteca. Despite the fact that with a goal from Uriel Antuna La Máquina saw the hosts go ahead, at the beginning of the second half, Los Rayados turned it around. Cruz Azul pushed for a result with a penalty from Germán Berterame, but they would fall short.

Toluca 2-2 America

This was a duel of many goals and even more emotion. Carlos González opened the scoring, but the Águilas' response quickly came through Brian Rodríguez. However, Los Diablos ahead 2-1 with a goal by Carlos Orrantia. And then, in the final minutes, Henry Martín equalized from the penalty spot.
